    I thought that presentation today was interesting. I wonder how far away that JV deal is?

    I like the last statement. GRK is certainly an undervalued company. Apart from GRK, the only other 2 Geothermal companys that have done anything is GDY and one other. GDY has a market cap of over $300 million. GRK has a market cap of about $16 million.
