This fossil group has been there for ages. Refusing to shower, avoiding shampoos and now reached a new low of chaining themselves. This minority group had so far achieved absolutely nothing while NTL admittedly slow progress is moving forward.

If they turns into extremist (which looks like they already have), they will have lesser support from the public and the politicians. No one really take them seriously.

So what "risk" does this group have to NTL?
