Just have to put my current feelings out there that the BS detector is starting to register on a small scale with this recent trading halt that lead to a non-event announcement.

Then we get a price sensitive soil test announcement that some are saying shouldn't have been price sensitive.

Maybe it was price sensitive for a reason. Anyone who has been around construction will know that a soil test, one way or the other can add significant cost to a build in earthworks & footings etc.

So we have a fixed price, turnkey build contract that doesn't include getting the building out of the ground is the only way I can read it. Why would we only be testing soil now?
