3.68 meg line speed is disgustingly slow
16ms ping is fine.
I had 8-15 meg line speed in Sydney and was not happy before I left for the Gold Coast and if I dont get 30meg here I rip into Telstra.
You need way better line speed than that and need to threaten the ISP......Holy Cow
