Perhaps they didn't raise at 13 c because they didn't feel it was required....FAR don't need cash for SAMO, that's not to say they won't raise, but the presentation certainly made it clear that they are well cashed up....beyond SAMO we don't know as yet if there will be any other wells drilled in this program but it does look very likely..
FAR is a very tight ship, I doubt shorters will have any idea what FAR's intentions are and will be guessing like everyone else..
