articles in the news on 2.04.08 from the RBA...........houses within 5 klm of any city are more than 2% higher than in the outskirts etc.........
seems that theme from past few years is coming true...........ie two classes of people........rich and poor........not one class in australia any more, when it comes to housing.........europe is different, more renters than home owners........looks like happening here
