todays news....gen y leaves home...........and migration to the cities......article in all the news on the web
and another article I read past few days said..........of the 200,000 immigrants...........less than 800 of them have the skills to joing the building industry...........so even if the govt finds more land, cuts taxes, and does everything it can to make land available,,,,,,,,,we do not have enuff workers to actually build the houses...............what a joke it is........our govts/leaders/ put their heads in the sand............oh and they were waiting for the mining industry to carry the country forward.............thru anything...no matter how bad it might be..............
ps I have just taken one house off the market....its not for sale now, will wait to re-evaluate a bit more
