    I would not be too concerned about it big banks you can take a say 2 to 3 year view.

    End of the day major cities like Sydney will undergo significant popoulation growth. It’s nearly 10 percent every 5 years.

    There are ebbs and flows to sentiment and share prices, as well as rents and property prices. End of the day tho the investors in the market will be able to jack up rents if demand for rental property goes up. There are some timing lags, but, time will come when interest rates will go up, and rents will go up. The increase in population guarantees the cycle (virtually).

    For those with a nerve, it pays to buy quality assets at good prices. Banks shares look OK to me now. Crickey, even Sydney property will have its time again sometime in the future. Shares or property, the best buying will be done when it is most difficult to do so....
