Figure that the recent weakness is more related to the awakening understanding that DEG has some fund-raising to do in the near future to cover the costs of the acquisition. The thought of that dilution, coupled with a market in uncertain times, seems to have tipped the sentiment of a few holders. Would be a shame if it was self-fulfilling and drove the SP below the point where options are exercised. But given big players have been keen to invest between the 15-20 cent price-point, I'd imagine some of them would step-in and buy up more if they decided there were bargains to be had. I just did .
