It should be noted that the date of change for pococks selling was over a 4 month period. Using a similar notification time frame he could be gone before hzro options are converted and who would know (outside the insiders)? How does that work?
With a possible 30m options to be converted he could be diluted out of his controlling interest or he could be in for the long haul? Must be odd turning up for work every morning at unit 6 and walking past his old job at unit 2?
