And you are right. Pocock will get diluted at the end of the year even if he exercises his options. But in order to keep the share price below $0.30 he would probably have to sell all of his shares at $0.30 to cap the share price, in which case dilution would be irrelevant.
I think Pocock would love to see Hazer succeed, and stand to gain a lot if they do. He may continue to sell some shares when necessary, but he has only sold $250k worth since leaving, which is a small amount in the scheme of things.
