You are using the wrong measures to value this company. Comparison with Amazon is a good one from the perspectives of standard measures which Amazon has always appeared to be massively overvalued on.
I'd suggest focusing on other metrics such as customer acquisition costs vs lifetime value. XRO is also probably under earning imho and there are a lot of other ways in which it can monetise, but now is not the time as it is still in the land grab phase.
