Got news that the buyers have un-conditional finance approved yesterday, but settlement time 5th May, dam it, no additional 100K for me in EXT as it will be 1.50 at least by then.
Oh well, no new boat, but all debts etc will be paid for :)
Quite a good call Deltra, just need that peskie 1.15 to dissapear and we are away, soring like an Eagle ;) probably a bad example as the Dockers might make them look like amatures on the weekend!
