Lets see- A billion dollar resource, Ann saying "regarding a strategic partner and funding" and a week long Halt to stop any insider heavy buying IF thats the case soon...
Hmm its a no brainer. I rather have shares and be locked in than be locked out if things go crazy in a week when the stock starts trading again for a 5-Disallowed maybe!!

If nothing happens, we are no worse off than we are now but better positioned surely?  All good...
