    do not be fooled by the nature of the announcement.

    It is not earth shattering BUT it telegraphs that we are near the end of the sell phase.

    My guess is that Phil will now start a series of announcements which will assist the sp recovery.

    Otherwise why issue such news? Look beyond.............
