I am glad to hear staff on the ground can gain shares , very good .  This is how should be. Nice incentive also for into the future ..

* I think it’s still valid though — that directly employed , eg. company secretary and office staff near to activities at this stage , can not own shares .
Have not been able to own shares .  
David Kinsman I’m fairly certain told me this in Phone call last year - I was asking the same line of questioning ‘ to check whether his and others staff in Axiom were aligned with shareholders directly,  also with having bought shares ‘
I gained the impression-
1.  he wished that he did hold ;  2. into mining can be different time ( he also perhaps hoped - but that company and all working hard - were focused only and absolutely on getting the mining licences .  Personal interests or reward intrinsic in that - not the focus .  The CEO and everyone else down from him in leadership- totally and only focused towards mining permissions, PLs reinstatement etc . I understand this to still be sole focus &
now organised and organising for mining commencement. (after undertaking and full permissions gained beyond ML - Environmental statements and full permissions local people , SAA , and mine developement approvals .)

And ;
3. company policy expressly did not allow company representatives who are employed by the company,  to own shares , or trade at all in its securities.

***Your statement is correct - re landowning peoples , Isabel. ( they do not own major stakeholding in Axiom ) **

  * My meaning is right , and this perhaps what I’m best for with my research and history that occurred, and sorry I’m busy also with my work so don’t try find exact reference for as I recalled and understood things to be - and you will know this no doubt .

It is 20% of the production - from Isabel Projects. —   To be owned , by the Landowning tribes .
