Giles owns too much for anyone to do something about it.
Even if Gupta wanted to do a deal he'll probably want to take control of the situation similar to CMC they realised later that Giles and Havilah just have no operational operations nor sense of execution.
I really do hope Gupta does a deal and takes control of the iron ore assets that way they will be developed and value can be realised. Even if HAV retains less than 50 percent it would be for our own good. Because if Giles was running the show it would be 5 years before anything is out of the ground.
