So whose word and Spirit DOES Jesus SAY you are born again By = The Almighty God and Fathers Spirit/Word.
There is but ONE Spirit and the Almighty God and Fathers is this ONE Spirit = The Holy Spirit and "The Word" Comes from this ONE Spirit = There is only ONE "The Word = The Almighty God and Father.

What does Jesus himself refer to The Word of God as = THE WORD as per John 1:1.
Luke 8:13&15 - They on the rock -->(The Word, the ONE Spirit) are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away.
But that on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.
Mark 4:18- 19 - And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,
And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

This verse is about Jesus. That IS a Big fat LIE, in the context your using it as this is about the Words of The Almighty God and Father, JUST as Jesus shows YOU above.

You are born again by Jesus, by the Word of God = YOU have TWO subjects here Mate.
All things were put INTO Jesus's hands "after" his Baptism, and His now is the Door, He became the Door from around Baptism timing onward's, After he was led, raised and taught of the Almighty God and Father.

Jesus as He himself shows us, was the Carrier of the Almighty God and Fathers words of eternal life = YOU CANNOT be what you carry, or the words of someone else's that you speak.
Jesus is neither The Word OR the Word of God, name only now, exalted and it represents to role he did and does.
Like the name Abraham = means Father of many, God gives name that mean and represents the role he has for them.

So if YOU want to call Jesus a liar, then he has this for YOU;
John 12:48 - He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

NOTE here --> The word = In the beginning was the Word = Titus 1:2 = In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; = The Word --> "The" Word = The Word of God= Glory.
You need to wake up mate, Your word and "everyone" else's starts IN You = The First two verse of John, they are in you, your inner creation, part of you and you and at 1:3, the inner creation of the Almighty God and Fathers has been expressed and shown as such in 1 John 1:1.

So Tonio, YOU are using God's name in vain = WORD --> "The" Word = The Word of God.
You are to come in Jesus's name = The Word of God = his name now represents all of it = TRUTH of it and YOU reject it, so you shouldn't be coming at all, with untruths.
You are to worship (communicate) in Spirit AND Truth, nothing less.
God's words is Spirit, no truth of his word, you can't possibly be worshiping in Spirit.
