The point I was trying to get was that the pilot plant was small and could easily fit within a standard factory unit or in this case within Strategic Metallurgy's Belmont laboratory. 36,000 M2 (say 50% for logistics and tailings) so 18,000 M2 and proportionately 1/240 gives 75 m2. SM would already have all the licenses in place to run the PP.
