moon u kept quoting the feb 08 document!This is a highly complex issue and you are coming across as a apologist for the bank.People retained the diviend and voting rights on these shares but anz claim they owned them from day one.I talk to a fellow today who showed me how he did an on market transfer to Opes(not to ANZ).No margin just had his buy and hold shares sitting there in case he wish to make a trade.Social justice is the issue here.
