As Davisite has said, the decision to tell everyone a CR is on its way has holed the company below the water-line for the time being. No-one will pony up for shares on market when they know that a CR is on it's way - with the usual discount to current trading price.
The brokers don't even have to manipulate this one down, the company already did the work for them.
