I gave cash to OPES not for the purpose of securing a margin loan.If as you claim I gave it to Opes why then do ANZ have full ownership of my cah now??Stop trying to stick up for this scum,there are too many innocent victims caught up in this mess for us all to have "misread" their disclosure as you claim.Face it ANZ is going to be screwed for every undrstanding cent owing on the Opes' clients share positions,legal costs and most importantly GOODWILL and as everyoine knows in current market conditions who wants to hold a stock with such uncertainty.Not I unless it was a massive short position.Take it as you will but that is the fact of the matter.The truth will all surface in the fullness of time.
