A corporate transaction may simply mean that someone from ANS sits on the SDL board over the next 6 months whilst further negotiation with potential funders are sought or negotiated..lol
I don't think ANS are the saviour in this, they are not a proven performer IMO, they are just another penny hopeful who are a lot lower on the corporate food chain than SDL...remember this will not be a step up in our business dealings if the announcement does involve ANS....Would be extremely happy to be proven wrong..
