The way ANZ have acted unconscionable, they even warned off all the legal firms that have dealings with ANZ from dealing with any party that wanted to take ANZ to court, for fear of losing future business several law firms have withdrawn from representing clients. ANZ have acted in the most ruthless way possible to restrict the legal avenues of seeking legal redress. Founders and major shareholders of companies have haad their lifes work stolen from under them ANZ have acted in a way so as to defeat these folk financially before it can be argued in court, they have used their considerable financial power to establish first mover advantage without regard to anyone bonofide claim for ownership and yet folk seek to defend these tactics as the workings of the free world justice system ?

I guess they teach you in ANZ that the only ethic is ruthless financial power. As I posted earlier with links to the actual Opes agreements, some of these agreements make not mention of share ownership transfer yet these folk must fight ANZ to regain their rightful property. ANZ a large supposedly Australian bank have taken these shares so that folks who in some cases have no money left must challenge them in the courts to regain their right property.

Its ruthless and massively damaging to the Australian economy and the very equity market they seek customer from they deserve nothing more than the contempt of all Australians. To label it bashing suggests that they have been unfairly labeled for these practices. I would suggest they have shown themselves to be not worthy of consideration as a responsible leading bank in the Australian market.

To blindly assume they are both in the right legally and morally by one of their employees shows the kind of values that are reflected in the banks actions of the last few weeks.
