Hancock became the majority owner on the 3rd August 2018. There is legislation in place to protect the interests of minority shareholders (I am a shareholder and to me an appreciation in share value is an important issue). I ask that question again. Where is that line. between extending the offer again and protecting the interests of minority holders. BTW - I do suspect that you are still holding. DYOR
