You are probably right.
Maybe Tymoshenko might want to also meet with 'existing' investors who have signed 'Protocols' 18 months ago?
And maybe Uran might try to differentiate (seeing they have a history of doing that) themselves, and distinguish themselves from these 'potential investors' to one who has been in the Ukraine system for the best part of 2 years.
Vostgok issues aside, the message coming out of Ukraine and Tymoshenko is 'we want to deal with you'
18 months later and we are yet to hit the drills and sign off here.
First things first. Deal with 'existing' investors/business partners.
Lets hope the managing director returns from overseas this time around with not only some news...but some good news...some 'tangible' news.
