The Judiciary should always be accountable, just like everyone else.
Even more so when they're on the taxpayers' dime.
It is not a matter of questioning any potential decision, it is a matter of justifying the ridiculous amount of time being spent arriving at that decision.
At which point is a Judge deemed incompetent, or unable to fulfill the role due to a diminished ability of decision making?
