in terms of getting hit with capital gains tax but not receiving the funds who pays the tax in that case ANZ ? or does the existing shareholder pay and then forward the bill onto ANZ - i thought that tax was only payable when u recieved the monetary funds, now if u dont recieve the funds that means u didnt make a personal gain from it so theres yet another legal loophole
