Compared to the founding of the company, the accumulation of this many projects and the BCC investment/other placements at as high as 30c that the founders did on their own.
I think you're giving every other director on the ASX too much credit by implying any care about other people. In my experience the only way to avoid being taken advantage of in a nanocap is to find the ones with their head on the block (their holdings at the top of the share register) that stand to lose/gain decades worth of salary in the same motion that you lose/gain money.
