    With the Puntland Govt Oil Legislation thru we saw no real buying

    If we do get TFG sign off, I suspect as much as we have thought the opposite

    Reality is perception, the TFG is crucial after all and that will signal OS buying and the real possibility of a major farm-in coming in before spudding.
