One - Republic win court case from Luzon and get ownership of work carried out in Bolivia and indicate intent to pursue mining in Bolivia
Two - Chinese mining company invests lots of capital into Republic as a joint venture with new Republic project in Australia
Three - Republic takes Nicholson Group to court over Mt Carbine as deal with III is invalid/illegal. III withdraw from offer to the Nicholson Group.
