1 billion tonnes @ 5% inground value, $150 per tonne with 20% stake = $1.5billion market CAP. divide that by current CAP of 50 mill = 30 bagger
30 * 4cents= $1.20.
double that if you want to use $300 per tonne and triple again if you think they have a 60% stake.
Conversely divide accordingly if you think more dilution will occur through the deal. I already worked on a 50mill CAP to roughly accomadate the oppies.
