How many actual signed contracts between Opes and their customers have you read? I initally had the same view as you on the Opes situation when it first came to light - but based on what has been said by Opes customers it seems at least some Opes customers may not have had agreements that would allow ANZ to take all their assets and it also seems that some of the more onerous provisions that appear in the FSG and terms and conditions on Opes website may only hve been put on there in the last few months.
