But only during a period of our choosing in 2 years time. Typical period is 5 days. So yes imagine the SP is $0.50 in 2 years. They may push it down to say $0.40 then convert.
It's not a free for all like anyone suggests. Number of shares is limited to a maximum of what clause 7.1 and 7.1a allows. Around 15% of SOI.
