global warming a scam, page-44

    Pig Head,

Your first link is a blogger who purports that global temperatures have dropped in the last year. Assuming the source is trustworthy, I don't think 1 year's data is sufficient to proclaim global warming over.

From your second link, "He told Telegraph.co.uk that the corrections only affected US data." Ahem, GLOBAL warming, not US warming. The same applies to your third link.

Interesting that you should quote the NCPA, a conservative think tank partially funded by ExxonMobil.

From your last link, "actually, there has been cooling, if you take 1998 as your point of reference. If you take 2002 as your point of reference, then temperatures have plateaued." This is because 1998 was really damn hot. If you take that year out of the equation what you see is reletively constant warming. See NASA's graphs (updated this year) for details: http://data.giss.nasa.gov/gistemp/graphs/

I can only conclude that you have already chosen your position on this issue and are cherry picking data to support it.
