This has been the one I cannot reconcile. So many people here are under the impression that there is a contractual link between ANZ and the individual investors in Opes.
There isn't, and that changes totally the way people should be viewing the situation.
When you read the agreements it is crystal that you are entering into an agreement with Opes.
