EXU are under no great financial pressure IMO, they can easily raise a few more million dollars and keep going exploring there numerous exploration targets, upgrading their resources and upgrading their feasibilty study.
The only reason you think RMS is in a stronger position at the moment is because sentiment for gold and gold companies is very low at the moment. The RMS share price is also on the slide and I’d say they are more under pressure to perform than EXU. EXU’s Tampia Project’s value will float up and down with sentiment but RMS has put a production guidance figure into the market which it needs to meet to sustain its share price.
If the sentiment for gold suddenly shifted gear to the upside, EXU would probably be able to fund its project and RMS would be locked out of the opportunity it currently has to save Edna May’s future. The eggs would then be on someone else’s face in this scenario.Esh
