1) EXU has perhaps $1m in the bank. What price would a CR be set at today? I would anticipate <$0.10. This will impact the perceived value of the RMS bid.
2) Getting finance for the project would be very challenging at present. EXU will need to announce a finance deal now, when it matters.
3) RMS's timing of the bid is an indication to me (without knowing for certain) that good news is ahead of us in the near future. They want to sell RMS positively going into this bid and I expect the RMS SP to move north on good news.
