If you insist, points deducted for not understanding the business, the customer value propositions on both sides of the market - including the advantage and reason for price premium over the credit card providers, not reading the financial statements and completely misinterpreting the sale of founder shares.
There is alot of hype but uneducated short-theses like yours are not very helpful to anyone.
