    Well, it is endless debate here. A few points I guess is missing out of the equation being discussed recently. My view is home owner is the first one to get hit then follow by property investor. We debated that the rent is hard to catch up with property price. So think about when rent increment slower than house price, most ppl can't afford for a house. They continue to rent.

    Those who own their house will struggle to pay bacause interest paid are not tax deductable. The property investor can deduct their tax and use them to pay off their loan. This is based on both home owner and investor have the same income and same mortgage and how interest rate going to effect them.

    The real worry for investor is if there are no rental income at all, and home owner worry is with rasing cost from interest to living. Its easy to see who is in the disadvantage.
