I agree the P&L on this rental mob must have been staggering ....given they were willing to sell their highly profitable online rental site for BMP script for ...wait for it...15.4c per share....
Now why in Gods name would they do that when they can just go on market and buy those same BMP shares for a mere fraction of that . IMHO you are spot on...bought a dog from the pound...paid nothing for it ....but gave them something to talk about...
I love the BS about a positive EBITA in 2nd half of 2019....and that is at least another capital raise...oh wait...loan ....away as they are burning fast and this new dog will probably need some food too.
Just a joke. Had a chance to do something truly paradigm shifting in the realty space but instead have just created ....well....not much really. Good luck to that Buyer for 10,000 at 7.1c (thats one you might not want filled)
