The way I read it and talking to a few brokers, the remaining balance is not up to date, and it hasn't taken into any selling by Anz over the last 2-3 days.
Maybe go to the BMN thread to get a better understanding.
And to those trying to scare other holders on this thread, to gain an advantage to pick up more at 17c, hmmmm......
