If KDR are not granted an exemption this could take up to another 3 months for WA premier to rectify from looking at other claims.
@spotty if not rectified WA will look very bad re mining in WA.
WA Government must have done their own due diligence before giving KDR lead mining status.
The reason money was not spent on the tenements was because of the MZN dispute or from my take on things.
