    Imo - accumulation occurs at a base level while waiting on price catalysts. It's not going much lower and tends to trade sideways for a while

    Imo - Distribution is when a large position is being sold into a hyped up , over priced level .

    Imo - accumulation = buying position &
    Distribution = selling that position .
    Base of mountain vs peak of mountain .
