Aksier, Shann hass a good point. ANZ could not risk selling to a third party but they could sell back to Solamind as the potential damages will be limited to what Solamind pay for the shares. If ANZ are in the wrong then they simply hand the money back to Solamind and no harm done.
Makes sense to sell them back to Solamind, but can they come up with the readies?
