The jv should be a straightforward deal, 51% v 49%, agree on exploration program going forward. NML is the minnow in the deal though so Bruce is probably serving it up to them. Maybe he’s hoping they will fold and give him a SVYish deal. Last day for the SPP tomorrow, would have preferred to see the jv deal before deciding on further cash or not. Maybe that’s the reason for the delay?
