Wardens Court result out, page-30

As I have said from day one when reading all KDR ASX announcements "we have meet expenditure and exceeded it" if this is not the case per Warden Court then all shareholders have been led down the garden path.

I looked up the definition of "fraud" !

If the Warden Court decision is strong against KDR i see no room for the Minister to go with KDR, it would be against the Mines Act purpose and the State Government would loose all credibility !!

Lets see if as another poster said "decision out today" ???

I looked up DMP and did a reasonable person test, KDR didn't meet expenditure !!

To all those SH that purchased at $2 i feel very sorry for you given price action and now if Warden Court unfavorable then i see no other option than KDR doing a deal with the plainters or class action !
