for example
DEC 18 - start job SP $2.93 - paid base plus share incentives at say what 15% 12 mths, then 30% dec 2020, 40% 2021
hit low e.g. 2.43 FEb 2019, sells some Aust property
then after the legal storms cleared and provisions take care of payouts analysts re rate AMP as still making cash = hit your first milestone as SP at 3.37 for over 20days = 2.93 + 15% by june 2019
new growth plan for Asia/europe SP now $4.35 by OCT 2019
Some kind of rebranding takes place to refresh the corporate image now 5.10 by Mar 2020
most of the work will be done by TIME and normal market activities but you claim the turnaround story on some of the metrics you put in place
