Kinda too good to he true... Tony is on the inside, working with SG govt/regulators, getting in a prime position, first mover advantage...
Except the reality is that this has taken nearly a year longer than initially forecast, and there are existing (And large) players already operating in SG. First mover advantage in compliance for Kryptos-X is a tiny stretch of the reality IMHO.
I don't think existing players would be sitting on their hands with regulators - and as operators they will have far more influence than the wannabe guy in the room. They also have far more to gain (And lose) in the regulation front. How much influence can Tony possibly have?
