    As for companies behaving badly in the ruby belt... Probably the large foreign ones are far better behaved than the small local guys who run local teams... Have you seen African local small scale mining ? Scrabbling in the dirt, with crap tools, no decent geology, safety, skills etc etc etc . People are lining up to work at Gemfields operations...
